I assume the comment about Biden’s tax plans relate to the repeal of the GOP tax scam. Certainly the restoration of SALT limits will help those of us who have higher property taxes and state income taxes in blue states; and those who are poor may lose certain modest benefits. My guess is that the Biden team would find some way to help the less affluent; he also promised to raise taxes on millionaires in general.
