At my last real job we had to travel the interstate. There was a spot in Venice that had a shitload of those trailers just sitting after Charlie. (not sure they were the EXACT same ones) A guy I worked with said you could actually buy one with the right paperwork. Cheap. I think they were offered for sale after the allotted time to be in one.
