the owner was so irresponsible. that is horrifying.
he could have trained his dog.
how sad.

This guy didn’t care, not one bit.
He LEFT THE CAT at my door - didn’t knock, just left the cat and walked off, knowing that I (or my daughter) would FIND the broken and dead or dying cat.

How unfeeling must a person be to do that?
