Actually buddy that is just wrong. The colorado will not suddenly become the Nile in any projection. Even if it did, you would need to pump the water then from the Colarado and still have the same economic problems.

You are saying you don’t want to do anything based solely on the wishful thinking that it will not be that bad. The fact is that every prediction for the US southwest - every single one of them I have seen is bleak. And the science is good enough to say that.

Lawhawk never said it would become the Nile, LVQ, and I think you’re panic mongering again. Predictions can be wrong, especially predictions of doom as you have posted many times.

Quite frankly, there is nothing we can really do. China and India have shown no interest whatsoever in reducing emissions, and even if we stopped all carbon burning right now, this very second (much to our detriment, I might add), there will still be effects regardless from what has been done. It is better to adapt and change what we’re doing than claim we can actually do something that will have immediate effect.
