Reminds me of how the US keeps on changing the currency’s appearance trying to keep up with counterfeiters.

It’s why Dubai has enough surveillance to cover the Hamas commander’s takedown like they did. They may be crazed fundamentalists but they’re also filthyfuckingrich to afford these measures.

/not that it stopped the takedown, of course. (;
