I looked at the same thing… at first you see the obvious, the fine print is the support of a bill… what is in the bill? I think it a fair question.

Well, the contents of the bill are pretty impossible to squeeze in a 30 second ad.

And a reduction in oil consumption in the U.S. would indirectly, in fact, hurt Iran by driving prices down.

But, as long as you’re doing the ad? Why not throw in every unsympathetic international figure that has something to do with oil? Ahmadinejad! Chavez! Putin! Stephen Harper! Er…
