Yep. Racist remarks were made about Rice. And about Powell.

They simply aren’t the equivalent to the torrent of racism we’ve seen against Obama. Certainly nothing approaches the stupidity and racism of the ‘birther’ smear, which is horrifingly wide-spread on the ‘right’.
