So, sorry if I am a little keyed-up today. It was supposed to be the day of the trial of the woman who hit me with her car, but yesterday at 4 PM we got a phone call to come to the courthouse by 4:30 to be at the hearing where she takes the guilty plea that was offered with the ‘no jail time’ enticement. I didn’t know she still had that option. So we went to the courthouse, and withing half an hour we were done. Since I had already posted on the door that I would be closed today, I took the day off.
