Given the spammy repetitive responses to the Farsi tweet, this guy—Seyed Mohammad Hosseini—and his “Restart” movement is probably involved.

I’m not impressed, in fact he strikes me as a dangerous nutbar, but his particularly variety of dangerous nutbar matches with the President’s style.
