I’m trying to lose weight too. Unfortunately, this week I took a step backwards on the weight loss scale. Making that stuff may have been a mistake, in hindsight.

Not a mistake at all…going to do it myself once I hit <240 for the first time in 12 years. 2 lbs to go. Down 31 from last January.
