Booze and drugs lower inhibitions which naturally is related to questionable judgements and impaired decision making. I agree, it doesn’t absolve one of one’s actions but that does play both ways, I can see where two people get buzzed and/or blitzed and wake up in each others arms and then instant regret/remorse sets in or at least leaves room for doubt. Those are always hard to unravel imho.

and let me clarify… that just because the woman has a couple of drinks doesn’t mean that she’s asking for it…. just saying that I’ve seen a few ladies under the influence of alcohol do things and/or people that I would rarely see them consider doing while sober.
