The Trump administration will if being less dishonest than usual, only give him 100% of the blame for the Yemeni Civil War, sectarian violence in Iraq, and the entire Syrian civil war.

If being they’re usual level of dishonest, they’ll also tie him to the creation of ISIS, or maybe even 9/11.
