This proves these clerics are uneducated ignoramuses. Notice anything funny about the word “alcohol”? It’s from the Arabic “al-kuhl”. Medieval Arab alchemists developed the process of distillation and used it to produce perfumes & medicines. Using alcohol is not banned, only drinking it is.
