That IS good news. A Coloradan friend and I were talking about this, and how for a lot of little towns, there’s ONE way into town and it’s across the bridge that’s over the river, and the electricity, gas, water, phone, and internet all cross the bridge. Take the bridge out, and you have instant complete isolation.

If Michelle Bachmann had her way, we wouldn’t know that missing-persons number to within a factor of ten. ZOMG CENSUS SEEKRIT LISTS and whatnot.
