Oh, you haven’t heard the wailing and gnashing of teeth that the American telecoms and cable companies are doing right now over the now-very-real prospect of the FCC (headed by longtime telecom industry figure Tom Wheeler) declaring their ISP operations as Title II common carriers, making them subject to the regulations that such status entails, in order to apply and enforce net neutrality rules, all because Verizon succeeded in court in having the FCC’s previous net neutrality rules overturned.
