Just so it’s clear, I don’t think immigrants integrating is sad but when I see third or fourth generation Irish-Americans engage in the same bigotry towards Hispanics that our forefathers faced or Eastern European ones like one of my own cousins who had all immigrant grandparents embrace someone like Trump, it just makes me sick.
