I was thinking of the French Rafale aircraft I guess. Otherwise, I still wonder why we don’t think these kinds of defensive systems are top priority.

Top priority where? Here, Europe, Asia, etc? It’s a top priority in Israel because of the active threat. Specifically with this system it is only for short range missiles.
