Hmmm. Duct tape spread out like large swaths of fly paper on the Canadian border. Plus the Canadians will be naturally drawn towards it.

Set up a couple of speakers blaring “Free Beer!” (“eh” optional) near it and you’ll get a massive collision from both sides of the border. Bundle them up in the tape and go from there.
