The write is in legalese so someone better educated could refine my interpretation; It’s about lobbyists and other people applying for stimulus funds. They can’t go to a government office and talk to an official behind closed doors. They have to submit all communications in writing. All correspondence will the be published on the internet as a matter of public record.
This has nothing to do with dissent, freedom of speech and the 1st amendment. These scandals just get dumber and dumber. It’s amazing that people keep falling for this shit. It’s nonsense and they’re only embarrassing themselves by appearing hysterical and stupid.
