I mean, most to the Taliban retreat into Pakistan.
It seems we’d have to be there permanently to keep the current status quo. Which sucks, since Karzai not much better than the Taliban.

Like I said, I understand why people are getting fed up. It’s a shitty situation but I’m of the mind that we owe the people in afghanistan that want change that opportunity and that by pulling out we’re essentially giving up. Look at some of the pics of the nation during the 50’s when the brits were in country and basically in control. If we could just get them back to that point it would be a huge win.
