The prosecutors that will indict Trump aren’t going to mess around. They will see to it that the charges stick.

I’d accept a plea deal from Trump with a public allocution followed by life in prison and restitution and civil forfeiture in lieu of a trial.

Same for Ivanka, Junior, Eric, and Jared.

Same for every other person involved in this attempted coup/insurrection.
