OK, what exactly are you looking for, a series of popular books, Highschool/University level texts, University web site with courses, or something else?

A video series, online. Supplemental PDFs etc. are fine, but the approach would be designed to appeal to those who want to watch something.

For group (1) maybe a two or three part series that details what constitutes the human genome, how we know that, and how individual humans differ. Then, some explanation of changes in the human genome over millennia. In enough detail that facts aren’t just presented as hand-waving but are set into some historical context.

For group (2), a development similar to the above but with detail that handles issues of ancestral populations (genetically), genetic maladaptations, differences in nuclear and mitochondria DNA, speciation of Homo and population sizes, an overview of the methods of genetic testing, etc. Generally enough detail to make people think and to cover issues that are routinely raised in these areas. The idea is to give a solid background on what exactly Homo sapiens is as a species (genotype, not a general anthropological understanding), and how we know that.
