What gets me is asking about performance. Everybody selling phones knows all the apps, the prices, the network speed etc. But ask which one works best in a weak signal area, or a noisy environment and you get the empty stare.

Urban areas don’t have weak signals!

I can’t even use my smartphone in my frikkin basement.
