For me, it was just a simple thing. My girlfriend jokingly said, “You have bigger boobs than me.” I know she was joking - I could tell by the tone of her voice and that’s her sense of humor - but I went and looked at myself in the mirror and said, “Well, shit….she’s right. I’d better ditch a few kilos before I end up looking like Jabba the Hutt or Rush Limbaugh or something.”
