I prefer the method that Obama has stated, you go in, you do what you can, and what you think is right, and if you don’t get relected thems the breaks.

You can work with people you don’t like, but you shouldn’t say things you don’t believe just to improve your chances of getting elected…

But in Christie’s case, if he creates serious internal opposition then he won’t be able to do anything. He’d just flail around ineffectually and then be bounced out of office.
