Family law is very complex and there are to cut and dried rules. Every situation seems to be different and yes it drives me crazy.

The point of all of this is that before Roe V Wade young women died from illegal abortions.

Frankly, if a parent is so concerned, why isn’t the daughter already on birth control?

The reality is that young people are not going to share their sexuality with their parents. The medical should not be barred to them because of it.
