I have to disagree. I DO blame rap culture for how a lot of the youth act these days. They cannot speak proper English, they can’t dress themselves, they know nothing of how to go about getting a job. There either are no parents on the scene or they suck at parenting. When you let a kid that’s 10 years old listen to music that teaches them that ‘life aint nothin’ but bitches and money’ - how can you possibly think that they are going to grow up and be a responsible person ?
