Not gonna hold my breath waiting for apologies/retractions from all the wingnuts who smeared him.

I feel very sorry for him and how he must have suffered.

He was a POW and not really stable enough to have been in the service. All the signs were there, but were ignored, including a previous discharge from the Coast Guard after only weeks. Why wasn’t that taken into consideration before he was allowed into the Army?

Those who dragged him through the mud should be condemned.
