Howabout this: still keep the blockade, inspect the ship’s cargo as they enter, and then supervise the unloading of the cargo and transport to Gaza. Weapons get separated and destroyed, food, medical supplies, civilian items pass, if the ship has a nuke on it, and 500 tons of food…food goes through.

If the Israelis demand to fully enforce the blockade, they’re essentially admitting that its not entirely about stopping the flow of weapons. If Hamas demands a completely open transit, they’re essentially admitting its not entirely about getting civilian aid…
