I see a pattern, I think. These are all areas that are majority white, but have a sizable minority population. They are all suburbs of larger major cities. They are seeing people not like them, and panicking.

Could be. Could also be any number of other things—political persuasion, economic concerns, education levels, age, etc. The ones I’ve posted info on all have fairly small populations and some are much better off economically than others.
