With the Mob thing - if you were real-estate developer in the Big Apple of the 1970’s, it would’ve been quite difficult to get a major construction project done without some degree of Mafia involvement, because if I’m recalling correctly, the Mob pretty much owned the construction industry at that time and place in history. I’m sorta willing to give him a pass on that one, as it was just the unfortunate reality of that era….fair enough.

But yeah, I’d doubt he’d give any straight answers, and more likely, he’d blow a fuse if anyone dared to ask him any real, substantial questions about his business dealings.
