There’s no qualifications or limitations on that statement. His utter dumbfuckery re: national security and ignoring intel briefings, policy statements, etc., to spew nonsense that come from derp knows where puts our nation at grave risk.

It doesn’t matter if he thinks he knows what he’s doing, or he’s addled and has no clue - the outcome is the same. He’s a threat, and his choices all benefit some nation other than the US.
