Anatomy of a Fascist Funding Network

Not really sure that Wilders is appropriately described with the simple label “Fascist”. There is a real issue in the increasing visibility of the failed immigration policies in many European countries. This has been raised by many politicians and writers very few of which merit the fascist label.

Theo Van Gogh and many other have suffered for their views, and free expression has also suffered as people are economical with the truth they see, often out of fear.

Wilders may not be the benign face of cuddly Europe, but he has always been, as far as I have read, very forthright about human rights, and a free press. He perceives political Islam, and non-political Islamism (the Burqa issue for example) as important. He has said that the rights of women are weakened by the Sharia vision, and this weakens the rights of all.

I think that one should be able to say that one disagrees with him without using labels. Unfortunately fascism was, and is, a reality in this world, and that using the word so “liberally” devalues the suffering of many.
