Penn State, the NCAA and the TV networks and other broadcast deals. Then there are the licensing agreements, etc.

Big, big business.

The NCAA was threatening to remove some North or South Dakota team because they disapproved of a team name they thought offended native Americans.

The goings on at Penn State (known going ons!) however are not an issue.
