No, that is not correct. Trickle down was not sold that way. Trickle down is a failure because it was sold as letting lose the rich shackled by taxes that would allow them to make more money that would mean more jobs at better wages for those down the line from the rich.

Sounds good in theory, like communism. In practice it is a failure. Trickle down and the rest of the Reagan revolution theories have proven to be the “god that failed”.
