I bet it won’t be long before the Israeli right start to try to emulate the American right’s attempted coup of the court system. After all: how dare a judge, guided by Man’s rule of law, deny the god-given right of ideological extremists to do what they claim their god has told them to do? As America’s right wing says, god makes the rules, not man.

Of course, the actual court’s actual ruling, today, is that the Migron settlement be evacuated next Tuesday. The law, in its infinite majesty, continues to operate.
