Vietnam? I thought it was an allegory for the soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Btw, another clue that a remake was a bad idea to begin with.

Hey Hollywood! Leave those Cold War movies alone, dammit! If you’re out of ideas, (and we all know you are) stuck in the past, and you really want to produce movies tailored for red state audiences, “biblical story” will always be a good answer.
