Dominion has filed legal action against 27 Virginia landowners who have denied surveyors access to their properties, despite it being legal for Dominion to come on private property for the purpose of surveying.

Of the 27, three are Augusta County landowners, 22 are in Nelson County and two in Buckingham County.

Dominion expects to file legal action against more than 100 landowners who won’t allow surveying for the Atlantic Coast pipeline.
