I don’t see it happening before the vote on Wealthcare. Why? Because as soon as that happens, his legislative agenda is pretty much DOA and Republicans will run screaming from any bill he’s touched. So Cobb is probably working extra hard to keep him from blowing his top tonight, on the assurances from Yertle that this bill will pass.
