I would not let one word this guy utters make into the public realm

For those who do this type of thing for attention, there would be a partial solution that I think is practical. I doubt we can, or should, keep all their words from coming to us, but we could keep any word of the outside world from coming back to them.

It reminds me of a SciFi story I once read, can’t remember the name, where similar people were totally expunged from the record. Period, as if they had never existed.
