Both—and Cheddar cheese. We have halal beef bacon, but I don’t have any at the moment. ;-(
Beef bacon makes exquisite hash. Dice it up with potatoes and a small onion, fry it up then when about half done crack two eggs in & scramble them into the hash. When done, serve with your favorite breakfast bread. Pure yum.
