In Kentucky, Tea Bag Candidate for Governor Matt Bevin said that government officials have a 1st amendment right to refuse to perform official duties which violate their religious beliefs, then refused to say if he would refuse to perform any of his duties if elected governor. Unfortunately, homophobia may get him elected.
