Mustard-Vinegar Sauce
2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup yellow prepared mustard
1 cup brown sugar
3 TB Louisiana hot sauce
2 TB Black pepper
1 TB Worcestershire sauce
1/2 TB salt
bring to a boil, simmer and reduce over heat about 25%
