So it looks like they didn’t get their food delivery. What’s the point? Are they playing a game that gets them something or are they just nuts?

FOB is our concern. Fractional Obital Bombardment. In layman’s terms, it means that if North Korea could put an object into a stable orbit, they could potentially put a nuke into orbit and then de-orbit the nuke over the USA. Some of the concern is an EMP attack, but a direct attack on a city could also be devastating. Thus, any major rocket launch by North Korea is viewed as a threat.
