You are not understanding what I am saying. In order for the Colorado to save the day, it would literally have to be for the American Southwest what the Nile is for Egypt.

There is no projection in which the South West wins.

I am not panic mongering. I am telling you the truth. If you find that truth unsettling - good. Sane people should be unsettled by it. Sane people also can take steps to prevent this.

I have faith in science to find a solution.
