I’m in the field, and it’s shocking to me that they are allowed to use Title IV funds. Same thing with Bob Jones University - it blows my mind.

Higher education is a massive industry. Liberty University and Bob Jones University both promote themselves as private and not subject to public policy while at the same time taking in public funding.
