I am so tired of IPAs. I don’t hate them, but seriously try something else folks. I went to the Craft Beer festival in Boston this summer and I swear it was like 70% IPAs 20% Stouts and then 10% for everything else*.

* Percentages pulled out of my ass, but that’s what it seemed like.

** Totally agree with the craft liquor thing.

I’ve been thinking much the same thing for some time. Everyone seems to have 1-4 versions of an IPA. Why?
