If any physical evidence at all keeps him out of jail it will be the visible multiple hits the back of his head took on the (alleged) concrete, as compared to the non gunshot injuries on Trayvon.

Missing data-
What injuries did Trayvon have apart from the gunshot? Any? Was anyone’s hands or knuckles bruised from punching? How did the non gunshot injuries compare between the two of them?

According to the autopsy, Martin had no injuries or swelling to his hands.
