If we quit littering, what’s going to happen to all the jobs that it creates? Someone has to hire those guys with spiked sticks who patrol the parks stabbing paper all day…

What about all those people in prison…or would making a contribution to society while in rehabilitation constitute cruel and unusual punishment?
