I agree. He’s so far over the top he’s exposed himself to liability if/when someone acts on his incitement. Especially since there are well-documented cases already in which people were inspired to commit violence by his insane ranting.

That’s what makes me wonder. The Tides assassination attempt has already been linked directly to Beck’s incitement. The Fox lawyers are aware of that but they’re still approving increasingly hysterical rhetoric. They must feel they can beat the case.
